    After getting installed 6 blinds for outside, it appears there is ZERO WARRANTY on the materials. Which are sun faded and looks discraceful..they wont fix so i cant give them anymore doors too do. Very disappointing

    Chased these guys for 2 weeks. They don't return calls, so you have to get Barry on the phone to get an answer to anyting. Got vague promises of attending to replace fly screens entire home's fly screen, and quote on multiple Invisigard security doors and roller blinds. They can get pretty defensive when you simply ask for an idea of when they are coming out. In the end, just got sick of being strung along and chasing them up and their blunt and frankly boorish attitude.

    They just need to communicate better about what to expect and what they can realistically deliver.

    Very disappointing. We've had good work from this company before and been loyal customers. But for the last job, which they 'aimed' to get done by Christmas, they 'forgot' about us and then 'forgot' to follow up with us yesterday after we'd reminded them. After 3 months they were completely unwilling to make any move towards making up for their multiple errors and totally unwilling to compromise, expecting the customer to do it all.
